Cancellation Policy

 A cancellation policy has been established as participants will be advised via email confirmation that C.H. Training and Safety Services reserves the right to require 48 hours for cancelling a scheduled class. As classes are prepaid, no refund will be issued for participants who fail to show up for the scheduled and confirmed courses without notice.  For participants that provide the approved cancellation notice, they will be issued a refund or they will be re-scheduled accordingly to upcoming classes.
